The TOP SHOP EXPERIENCE begins when you enter the door. Jodi or Gregg will greet you and take a look at your damage. Your estimate can be prepared while you wait or e-mailed to you. At this time the repair process is discussed and any questions are answered. If the vehicle is drivable, a repair date is scheduled for after the parts arrive (this lessens the time without the vehicle). If the vehicle is not drivable, we can schedule a rental car to get you on your way. Once the vehicle is in for repairs, Jodi will update the customer periodically as to the status of repairs. When the repairs are complete the customer is notified.

We inform the consumer on the importance of choosing a reputable facility with educated technicians and modern up-to-date equipment. We try to make each customer understand the repair process, the equipment used to complete the repair, and why the repair is necessary.
If the customer is going through insurance all information is discussed and once initial contact is made with the insurance company, Jodi can handle the repair process from there.
